What will happen in my treatment?

Following the application of a topical anaesthetic to numb the skin, treatment with dermaroller normally takes around 20-30 minutes. The skin in the treated area turns a pinkish/red colour immediately after treatment which can last for an average of 12 to 24 hours. During micro-needling procedure we simply utilise the body self-healing mechanisms. The roller is moved across the treatment area and creates a great deal of the little nicks, which then become the focal point for the body to produce its own collagen.
